I would recommend this product. Delivery was quick and the product came well packaged. I used it once so far to help get rid of my acne scars and so far it's done a pretty good job! A few days after using the roller I noticed the layer of skin over my acne scars began to peel off a bit and out came new soft skin so I'm very happy about that.
I have been using it daily and like how it feels. I also use jade roller and collagen masks to prevent further aging. I am 53 and have avoided botox or any other invasive treatments.
I had another roller with sinister blades and even though I really liked the results, it would hurt like a mother, especially on my forehead. This one is just perfect. I spray it with alcohol before and after use to keep it clean. I also use a witch hazel toner right after. Highly recommend it.
I've use the Derma Roller 3 times now. It is easy to use and I'm surprised at how wonderful my face feels after each use then I can't wait until the next time. I feel that my product is being absorbed much better and is helping my complexion look much smoother. I will continue to use this in my moisturizing procedure.
My skin improves significantly after using this. I used my favourite Dermacell Collagen Cream with 0.5 roller on my face roiling 4x each way crisscross directions avoiding the lower part of soft eye area 3 x a week. I also avoid make-up for a while just sunscreen when I go out when using the Derma roller. Rinse Roller after used in running water, soak in rubbing alcohol and air dry and I store it back to the case it came with.
This product is hands-down the best derma roller I've used, and I've used a lot of very expensive brands. Very little effort is needed to perform treatments, and you can feel the cream sink into your skin, which, after a week, already feels smoother and healthier.
Very easy to use and gives great results! I am used to paying 200-300 per session for microneedling in professional office and this gives very similar results. I will be purchasing again!
The dermaroller is as described. I think this length is good for general improvement of product penetration in the skin. If you have nice skin already and would like to incorporate this into your beauty routine, the smaller sizes offered are adequate. It doesn't hurt when rolling, and I push a bit hard into the skin. You can move up gradually to 1.0 then 1.5 mm and over time, for more serious skin correction, you can choose longer needle lengths. After derma rolling I either use the collagen cream, anti-aging serum, or face mask. I sanitize the dermaroller before and after use (I spray it with rubbing alcohol mixed with sanitized gel and water and store it in the case it comes with). I also always do my treatments at night to avoid wearing makeup after dermarolling so the makeup wont be stuck deep down in the skin, and lastly, I do not overdo it so skin can heal and produce collagen. I do it once every 3 weeks.
Excellent Derma Roller, it came in a sealed bag and has a premium quality feel to it. The roller comes in a storage case that keeps the needles away from the edges. Great quality item! Bought this for my acne scars, have seen some pretty good results after the first 2 weeks! Can't wait to see what the next few weeks of results will look like. Great product! Works as advertised
The 0.5 mm needle length is the right one that suggested. Another very important point is you must use with the titanium steel one,not the steel.I received the derma roller and I can save the money which I spend to go the beauty salons.This micro needling derma roller give me the exact same effect.I am very happy with the continuous improvement on my face and skin.
Though only having used a few weeks, I notice a different in my skin tone, including the backs of my hands and face. I don't think wrinkles are less deep yet, but less noticeable to general improvement. Easy to use and fit into my schedule.
I bought it originally to see if a micro needling treatment would be the right option for me (trying to avoid wasting money!), and I've really been pleased with what I've seen. Okay, so I use this 0.5mm roller 1-2 times a week before bed/after I shower. I've found that this derma roller has helped bring old whiteheads/small pimples to the surface that have been there for months. I've been able to break up clusters of whiteheads in a matter of weeks! Additionally, it seems to be helping my hyperpigmentation. I've noticed those spots are lighter and easier to cover! Highly recommend if you are looking for a product to manage stubborn skin issues!

I liked this product. I have looked at other skin care products for bad acne,after searching for directions, I finally figured it out by youtube.
I loved how easy it was and have been using this for a week now. I don't see a lot of difference yet however I do like how it makes me feel . I didn't find it at all painful as past reviews stated. I loved how it made me feel like I was peeling away dead dry skin. Overall it seems to be a love it or hate it type of skin care product. I loved it! I loved feeling fresh right before bed.

I used these rollers often. They are great for everything from body to face. They have really helped with stretch marks. Follow the instructions carefully and make sure to sanitize and serialize with each use for best results.

I don't write reviews but for this I had to. I have been stresses and depressed for the last 6 years, though I'm only 23, my face is already starting to look aged and lines and wrinkles developed all over the face. It has only been 10 days, and I have used it a couple of times with DermaCell collagen cream. This combo is working for me. I do see a little improvement on wrinkles and scars. Do try it. I recommend.
I was very hesitant to purchase this item at the beginning but my girlfriend bought one and swore by it. I finally ordered it and it took me two weeks to finally try it. I watched any video I can get my hands on to ensure I was using this instrument properly. It has only been one day one but I feel my face tightening up. Its a good feeling. I cannot wait to see results in the following months. I will continue to use this microneedle and hope to write an update on the results.
I have been using the derma roller system with dermacell collagen cream for a couple of weeks now and really like it. To start, it arrived securely package so no damaged was incurred during transit. I was impressed right from the start with the thick, silky luxurious feel of the collagen cream when I first applied it to my face. I found even better results applying it when my skin was freshly washed and still damp after rolling with my derma roller. It absorbed quickly with no redness or itching and dried to a lovely smooth finish. Collagen does wonders for the skin and this doesn't fail. It leaves a subtle glow and fresh appearance.
After a month of using it 2x's a week, my skin is clearer than before I started using this product. I would totally recommend buying this product if you suffer from acne scars or pigmentation skin.

For a years I had an issue with my scars that were left behind from scratching my acne.
