Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Customs and import policies vary between countries. The shipping policy on our web site reflects the base shipping cost not including any customs duties, taxes and/or country specific fees which may be charged by your local customs office. We are not responsible or liable for any problems resulting from your local customs office. We are also not liable for any customs, duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Additional fees the local carrier in your country may charge are not our responsibility. If you are not sure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

Shipping Methods

Free shipping is available for all orders. All orders are shipped by Canada Post or USPS Air Mail via our shipping company

Shipping Timing

We ship orders every day from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) within 48 hours from receiving payment. Most orders ship within 24 hours after confirmation of payment. All orders made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped on the next business day.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within 48 hours, we will email you to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date of arrival. You will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, or exchange to another product on our website of equal value.

How Long Does The Shipping Take?

Shipping within USA/Canada takes approximately 5-8 business days. All other international destinations outside of USA/Canada take approximately 10-14 business days. All delivery times are just estimates, and are not guaranteed. Sometimes packages take longer to ship due to customs delays, which are beyond our control.

Returning the Derma Roller System

Please email us first before returning your order.

We offer 60-day unconditional guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not delighted with the Derma Roller System, simply return the package, even if used, within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.

Customers are responsible to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return their purchase. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier.

Your refund will be processed within 24 hours of us receiving your package.

Returning Wrong Needle Length or Defective Items

If you receive a package with the wrong needle length or is defective, we will provide you with a full refund or send a replacement.
